How to Order Our Furniture

How to order our bespoke oak furniture & joinery

Should you be interested in ordering a piece of our bespoke oak furniture or joinery and would like to confirm the size and the design, you can contact our head office on 01622 541711, email info@tudor-oak.co.uk or visit our showroom in Kent.

We can organise a site visit to ensure that we have the correct measurements. After you’ve decided on the design and the size, we will send you an estimate to confirm the price and then an invoice for a 50% deposit.

Each piece takes between 8-10 weeks to make and may take a bit longer if the design is more complicated to fulfil.
When your item is nearly ready, we’ll get in touch to arrange delivery and send you the invoice for the balance payment.
We can deliver in our van to most areas of the country. Delivery costs will be confirmed and included in the final invoice. We will try to deliver at the most convenient time for you, but cannot guarantee a specific date and time. Saturday delivery may be possible. Read more about furniture delivery here.
