It is supplied from renewable sources in UK and France and air dried for several years. We then kiln-dry it in our purpose-built kilns on the premises, to the required moisture content. Each piece is carefully selected and all the components for the future piece are cut out according to a specification and the type of grain is carefully selected, according to the design.

Last, but not least, we can make almost any modification to an existing design – whether it is the size, the colour or the design feature. And we can make a completely bespoke piece – our cabinetmakers can do practically anything!

These include using dovetail joints on every drawer and we use only the finest materials; even the backs of our cabinets and chests are made from solid oak.
