This imposing oak bookcase would not look out of place in a museum library. The design of this solid oak bookcase is inspired by traditional English furniture.
The moulded cornice is decorated with arch carving. The glazed beaded doors cover three adjustable solid oak shelves. The arch carving is repeated on the base and the four walnut crossbanded panel doors conceal a shelf. Lastly, the solid plinth gives the whole oak bookcase an air of strength and stability.
You can display your entire library behind the glazed doors of this solid oak bookcase. And the items you prefer to keep hidden can be stored in the bottom half. Both parts are lockable so your treasured possession will be safe. This oak bookcase will look great in a library of a country home or in any period property.
Here we present our bookcase in the standard Medium Oak Brown colour with the Medium Distressed finish. However, you can request another finish of your choice. We can also try to match your existing furniture. Please see the ‘Make It Your Own’ tab above for more information.
